1. Acceptance

By accessing or using knowmatic hobby lab ("the Service"), including any models delivered through it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License grant

knowmatic hobby lab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the models solely within this application as accessed through the knowmatic domain. This license does not permit any other use.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Extract, download, copy, or redistribute the model files or weights for any purpose outside of this application.
• Use the models in any product, service, or application other than the knowmatic hobby lab website.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the models except as permitted by applicable law.
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the models or their outputs outside of this application.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the models.

4. Intellectual property

All models, weights, code, and associated materials remain the exclusive property of knowmatic hobby lab. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

5. Client-side execution

The models run locally in your browser via WebAssembly. While model files are cached on your device for performance, this caching does not constitute a transfer of rights. The models remain subject to these terms regardless of where they are executed or stored.

6. Disclaimer

The Service and models are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. knowmatic hobby lab does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Termination

knowmatic hobby lab may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the models and delete any cached copies.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
